    Update: November

Hello fellow booklovers! It’s been quite and exciting few months over here! I decided to change the path I had taken and start a new chapter back home. So I quit my job (a very interesting postdoc at the University here) and I’m moving back to Belgium in less than two weeks! I’ve been preparing to move these past few days. Even though I’ve moved like 10 times in the last 5 years, I’m still always a bit overwhelmed by all the logistics that come with it. There are so many people to contact! But I’m very excited about this change. A whole new realm of opportunities is opening up…

I was planning on starting again in the beginning of October, but then my grandfather passed away last week and I didn’t feel up to blogging either. A few days ago I said a final goodbye to my Opa and I now feel, after the most hectic, stressful and sad month of this year, ready to write some reviews and talk about books again! So here’s a little overview of what…

    My Fabric Bookmarks

Hello everyone! The last few weeks I’ve been thinking what awesome bookish products I can make and what fun things I can do with them. I love sewing and cross stitching so I’ve been working for a while now to combine that and my passion for books. As you might have seen, I’ve been making cross stitch version of book covers for a while now. I’m currently working on three more covers! And they’re all very big projects, so I’m not sure when I’ll be able to finish them :p In the meantime I’ve also been learning to make lots of stuff on my sewing machine and I wanted to…
