Top Ten Tuesday: Ten Books That I’ve Heard Great Things About But Haven’t Read
Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together. Today is a freebie topic that we could choose ourselves. I chose to list ten books that I’ve heard great things about but haven’t read yet.
The Poppy War – R.F. Kuang
Senlin Ascends – Josiah Bancroft
Nevernight – Jay KristoffΒ
Daughter of the Forest – Juliet Marillier
Guns of the Dawn – Adrian Tchaikovsky
The Cruel Prince – Holly Black
Every Heart a Doorway – Seanan McGuire
The Way of Kings – Brandon Sanderson
A Wizard of Earthsea – Ursula K. Le Guin
Sabriel – Garth NixΒ

I cannot wait to read Poppy Wars, Rin sounds incredible.
I’ve read Cruel Prince and really enjoyed it, but I felt a little let down when I read Sabriel as it didn’t live up to the hype for me.

I’ve heard so many great things about Poppy Wars, I can’t wait to read it now!
Sad to hear about Sabriel. I had a friend who absolutely loved it, so it’s been on my list for a while now.
